Since autumn 2012, three additional large funnel umbrellas have adorned the grounds of the government site in Potsdam. The galvanised and coated steel construction harmonises perfectly with the chosen membrane material – a fibreglass fabric. This continues to fade during the summer months and eventually appears bright white.
