The vocational school in Aarau received another membrane structure. The umbrella structure was designed in a funnel shape and covered with Tenara. This gives the structure a very translucent appearance.

The steel structure consists of a central support and a ring structure braced with cables, to which the membrane is attached.

A special feature of this structure is the mesh column between the lower edge of the membrane (clamping ring) and the foundation, over which the membrane is stretched.
